While just trying to check out the place we were constantly hit on by some creeper that would not leave us alone,then was told that it was the owner.
BCF24 is the ultimate gym! It has group classes, great exercise machines and weight machines. BCF offers something for everyone! No intimidation -- the group instructors are fabulous, always welcoming to new members, and always provide a great workout. The members are friendly and all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. I always feel at home at BCF24. I started in March to work on upper body strength. Six months later... WOW!...I feel amazing and look like I workout! I am over 55 years old and haven't felt this good since my 30s. Come check it out and give BCF24 a try. You will be glad you did!
