Great service. Answered all my question. Only had a muffler and bearing replacement. Overall, excellent customer service and work was performed quickly.
Awful experience. He held onto my car for 2 weeks at a time minimum. Every time I called I got attitude from the front desk. Mechanic never called back. All of a sudden you will get a call asking why you haven't picked your vehicle up. Terrible at communicating with the customers. There are so many other great shops in the area. Do not go to this one.
Took my 2014 Subaru STI in for clutch master cylinder replacement. The engine has some work and was pro-tuned. Seems the "Technician" thought it would be cool to see how it performs. What the "technician" didn't realize was that the data logger was capturing everything he was doing. When I confronted Mike, The Owner, he said "well sometimes the guys just want to see what the car got" How unprofessional is that? And for him to basically say that's ok to abuse a $40k plus car with work done to it. I guess if you own a Suturn or maybe a 70's Chevy pick up, you may be ok. To have these abusive idiots work on anything above that is a huge mistake. Heaven forbid anyone accidentally comes in with a Porsche or Mercedes. Never Again!

They were great the first couple times we went there and then last time we dropped a car off for an oil change on a Thursday night and they didn't call all day Friday so we finally called them right before they closed and they were planning on just keeping it all weekend and doing it Monday without letting us know. Convenient location but poor customer service and poor communication
